Octavon registers domains and provisions hosting for UAE businesses across all emirates. The first year of domain and hosting is included in the setup fee. After year 1, you renew directly with the registrar and hosting provider (typically AED 200-600 per year combined, depending on the domain extension and hosting tier). Domain setup completes in 1-2 working days; hosting setup adds 1-2 days for DNS propagation.

Do I own the domain or does Octavon own it?
You own it. We register the domain in your company name with you as the administrative contact. We provide you with the registrar login so you have full control.
What is the hosting plan included?
A business hosting plan suitable for a 5-10 page website with low-to-medium traffic (50,000 monthly visits or less). Typical specs: 10-50 GB storage, free SSL, daily backups, 99.9% uptime guarantee. We recommend the best plan based on your traffic expectations.
How long does the setup take?
Domain registration is instant. Hosting provisioning takes a few hours. DNS propagation takes 4-24 hours. Total setup and full availability typically completes within 1-2 working days.
What happens after the first year?
After year 1, you renew the domain (AED 60-500 depending on extension) and hosting (AED 200-600 depending on tier) directly with the providers. Renewals are simple. We can also handle renewals as part of our website maintenance retainer.
Will the domain be linked to my email?
Yes. We configure MX, SPF, and DKIM DNS records to be ready for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email. If you also want business email setup, our Business Email Setup service (AED 1,500) handles the mailbox creation and signature deployment.
