A professional business email address (you@yourcompany.com instead of @gmail.com) is one of the easiest, fastest credibility upgrades for any UAE business. We set up business email on either Google Workspace (Gmail interface) or Microsoft 365 (Outlook interface) depending on your team preference. The setup includes domain verification, MX record configuration, mailbox creation, signature deployment, and optional migration from your existing email.
Each setup covers up to 5 mailboxes (additional mailboxes at standard per-user licensing). We include domain DNS verification through Google or Microsoft, MX and SPF / DKIM / DMARC record configuration for deliverability, individual mailbox creation, professional email signature design and deployment across all mailboxes, mobile app configuration on your devices, and a 30-minute admin training session. Optional add-on: existing email migration (Gmail / Yahoo / cPanel) for AED 200 per mailbox.
Licence costs are separate and billed directly to you by Google or Microsoft (typically AED 25-50 per user per month for Google Workspace Business Starter or Microsoft 365 Business Basic). Most clients combine this with our Domain and Hosting Setup service when launching a new business — the domain is required for branded email regardless. Typical delivery is 2 to 3 working days from licence purchase.

Google Workspace is best if your team uses Gmail, Google Drive, and Meet (around AED 25/user/month). Microsoft 365 is best if your team uses Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and the full Office suite (around AED 30-50/user/month). Both are reliable. We help you decide during consultation.
Are licence fees included in the setup fee?
No. The AED 1,500 setup fee covers the configuration work and signature deployment. Licence fees are paid directly to Google or Microsoft monthly or annually (typically AED 25-50 per user per month). You own the licence subscription in your name.
Can I migrate my existing emails (Gmail, Yahoo, cPanel)?
Yes. Email migration is available as an add-on at AED 200 per mailbox. We transfer all existing emails, contacts, and calendar events from your old account into the new Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox.
How long does the email setup take?
Standard setup with up to 5 mailboxes takes 2 to 3 working days from licence purchase. Migration of existing emails adds 1 to 2 days depending on mailbox size.
Will my email work on my phone and laptop?
Yes. We configure mobile apps (Gmail / Outlook for iOS and Android) and desktop clients (Outlook, Apple Mail, or web access) for all users as part of the setup. We also send each user a personal setup confirmation.
What email signatures will my team have?
We design a professional bilingual signature template featuring your logo, name, title, phone, email, website, and office address. The same template is deployed across all mailboxes for brand consistency. Updates after launch are simple and cost-free for 30 days.
What if I need more than 5 mailboxes?
Additional mailboxes are added at AED 100 per mailbox setup (plus the standard licence fee from Google or Microsoft). For teams of 10+ users, we offer a discounted bulk setup package.
