We include domain DNS verification through Google or Microsoft, MX and SPF / DKIM / DMARC record configuration for deliverability, individual mailbox creation, professional email signature design and deployment across all mailboxes, mobile app configuration on your devices, and a 30-minute admin training session. Most clients combine this with our Domain and Hosting Setup service when launching a new business — the domain is required for branded email regardless. Standard setup with up to 5 mailboxes takes 2 to 3 working days from licence purchase. Migration of existing emails adds 1 to 2 days depending on mailbox size.
Will my email work on my phone and laptop?
Yes. We configure mobile apps (Gmail / Outlook for iOS and Android) and desktop clients (Outlook, Apple Mail, or web access) for all users as part of the setup. We also send each user a personal setup confirmation.
What email signatures will my team have?
We design a professional bilingual signature template featuring your logo, name, title, phone, email, website, and office address. The same template is deployed across all mailboxes for brand consistency. Updates after launch are simple and cost-free for 30 days.
